Why use fresh pasta?
With fresh ingredients, the cooking experience goes to another level by providing home cooks and professionals alike, superior materials to work with. Fresh egg pasta is delicate; soft but not mushy. Fresh pasta tends to absorb more the sauces; in contrast, some sauces will puddle under dry pasta. Real fresh pasta in contrast to dry pasta, contains eggs, which provides more nutritional value. Also, fresh pasta cooks faster and since the quality is higher, the simplest of sauces will do the job.
How are our products different than those in supermarket stores?
It all depends on how you define fresh. For us fresh means recently made, unlike the mass produced "fresh" pasta found in most supermarkets. Our pastas are made to order, customized to your needs and tastes. Our pasta is distributed in hours from being made; it's not 3 months to 3 years old like most out there. Also our ingredients make a great difference. We use a combination of organic white flour, semolina and vegetarian fed cage free eggs.
Where and how to buy?
We participate every 1st and 3rd sunday of every month, in the Organic Market which is open to the general public in la Plaza de Roosevelt in Hato Rey. Also we are establishing ordering and delivery days for different locations, like Miramar, Punta las marias, Isla Verde. CLICK TO ORDER!!!

Orders will be delivered in front of Perpetuo. There will also be a small selection to choose from. From 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Island Health Foods, Punta Las Marias Re-inventing our route. For Pasta salads instead.
Can I order something not listed in your site and/or place orders for other delivery times?
It's one of our priorities to figure out what the market really wants. Thus, if you have any ideas of a custom product, let us know! If it is something we can do and it's cost effective for us, we will put all our effort to making it happen! About ordering at other times, besides the scheduled: To maximize efficiency we try to produce all pastas around schedule; however depending on our availability we might be able to produce an order off-schedule.

At this moment, we only accept cash.
Do you offer catering?
Even though in the future catering will be considered, for now, we only sell through the specified routes. However, some of our pastas work perfectly to serve a crowd and we can make you a bigger order to suit your needs.
